I do not like that the food is so plain and bland. It's too expensive for what you get. I think people like it for the delivery aspect.
Typical Jimmy John's, good sandwiches at a decent price. If want more than a 6"; less then a footlong then the French bread 8" will work. If a really big appetite needs filled, then the gargantuan is the right choice.
