I ordered a sandwich that was completely destroyed upon opening. I called and they told me it was supposed to be like that. Shredded paper and ingredients all in a greasy bread mess. When I ordered the same sandwich maybe about 3 months earlier, it was perfectly fine. A friend ordered a sandwich and pasta and had it delivered to my place (literally 1 mile away) and they told him 30 minutes. He didn't get it for TWO HOURS. And even then the driver made no attempt to apologize or compensate. The service here used to be perfectly fine but has recently been extremely terrible. Pathetic customer service and food at this point.
Horrible experience, ordered online and when I came in to pick it up no one seems to know where my sandwiches are at. They had a buddy of the manager here and he got all his stuff promptly. According to there tracker the food was done....but it's not here.....THIS PLACE SUX!!!!!!!

So a 2 1/2 hours later I finally get my pizza which was cold. Spoke to the assistant manager, who was **VERY** RUDE. If you drive past my house to goto the neighbors, then you DO deliver to my house. I asked for the contact information for the owner, and was refused the information.
I ordered at 11:30pm, was quoted 30-45 minutes for delivery. After a hour, I called them, they said they dont deliver to my address. I pointed out the fact that they drive past my house to deliver to my neighbor. She still stated they dont deliver here, but would deliver for me anyways, and wanted me to give them my credit card number again for payment (I had already paid once). Was told it would be 30-45 minutes again, 45 minutes, no pizza, the drive could not find the house, even though I gave the manager very specific directions. They sent another driver out, and I gave them directions for the 3rd time, the drive drove right past my house. They called him, and when he finally got here, I asked him "didn't they tell you how to get here", he said he used map quest.
Love their pizza BUT night manager was very rude... Told me they wouldn't deliver to my address even though they have before because of the street i live on. I understand that they have to look out for their driver's but I don't even live on the bad end of the street.
Their operation is a total joke, wanted to charge me twice, 2 1/2 hours for delivery of a cold pizza, drivers who obviously dont know where they are going and a manager who is very rude.
What is really ironic, when asked how far they go, find out, it's 4 miles past my house.
I usually do not order pizza so I love that there are other food options and it's delicious. Nice and clean inside
