I currently have a unit with this place and have for a while now. I had reviewed it with 5 stars previously, but current events have recently made me change my opinion. I just received a call saying I owe more now than I did before. Was told that I was notified about this increase by mail when I never was. They said because it didn't show on their end that I wasn't notified that I was. I will be paying this month off and taking my stuff and storing it elsewhere. They never tell you when you're doing the paperwork that your rate can go up. So I will recommend that if you have item you need to store, take them elsewhere. I know I'm going to in the future.
I would recommend Simply Self Storage in Danville. Denise was very helpful and friendly, answered all our questions. Unit was clean and best of all close to home!
