After not going here for a year I finally gave it another shot. Worst service ever and now I know why I didn't return. We had a party and when we arrived the place was not busy. Everyone got their food except me. So instead of just saying he man we will comp your wife's meal, they say come talk to so and so next time you come. Well I will not be back ever. The place was messy and the bathroom were gross. Danville Buffalo wild wings is a pathetic place.
Never & still don't understand the hype behind this chain. The only appealing thing is all the tv's. The service is always horrible and the food quality isn't great. Just goes to show the owners of the brand only care about bells n whistles and not food quality. Id rather buy microwave chicken nuggets for $4 then pay $80 for 50 different tv's on the wall and terrible service. Call me crazy but i cannot understand why so many people go there. I guess the catchy name? Hey lets hit up bdubs yo! People have lost their sense of what's good n tasteful and refined.
Food was AWFUL today. Our waitress was great but food was horrible.
Good food albeit a bit crowded at times
I frequently come here for my lunches at work, my employees & I love to order from you guys... just kind of irritated recently because the past few times i've been in to pick up my order that i placed online and I always arrive right when it tells me the order will be ready & i always end up spending my whole lunch hour waiting for my food to get ready, which is 20-30 minutes after it was "supposed to be ready".
It also doesn't make me any happier when the kitchen door swings open and i see the kitchen crew messing around, laughing.. talking.. not really trying to hurry even when there is about 5-7 people waiting on their take out food... I'm not one to leave bad reviews... but when i have spent my whole lunch waiting for my food numerous times now.. kind of pisses me and my employees off....
The cashier lady (bless her soul, i don't remember her name but she's always there) she was very nice, and seemed to have a little pep to her step..
