Pushy sales people, sub-par furniture, terrible delivery times.
I will NEVER buy furniture from them again. I ordered a sofa from them several weeks ago and at first was told 2-3 weeks for delivery then it changed to 3-4 then 4-6. Was told today that it would be delivered today and here it is 9 o'clock at night and still no sofa. Really poor customer service. Lets hope that when it does finally arrive that it was worth the 700 dollars paid for it.Oh and did I forget to mention that it is Saturday and they do deliveries on Saturday and Wednesday so it looks like I'll be waiting until Wednesday to have something to sit on.
