Wonderful service and I totally recommend them. Fiance and I rented a U-Haul from here for my move. The truck was available on time, clean, everything explained well to me. Return is easy with the app and they have a key drop-box. We had an issue returning it a little late after hours where U-Haul the website ended up charging me more and Express Packaging was totally understanding and got me a refund. Did I mention they helped us on a weekend outside of their business hours? Great customer service!
