On the merits of other economical markets with similar business model, such as: Aldi, Sav-A-Lot, and such; Ruler does everything right, but still gets edged out by Aldi. That aside, Ruler provides staples and fresh produce at affordable and sometimes amazing prices. Earlier this summer I felt like I hit the lottery when I found Black Label fully -cooked bacon for $1.49, not a typo. Save money, eat well.

People are nice. Store is always a little dirty
Cheap prices but it is a filthy store. Customers let their children run wild. Visited once and that was enough for me. Rather pay more money then feel like I might catch something. 2 stars just for the prices. Aldi's is a much cleaner store.
