Customer service and furniture are great
I was told I would get my furniture in 2 weeks. Now it is 3 weeks later and still no furniture. I contacted them and they said not for 3 more weeks. Ordered new table for Easter. Not going to get it. Charged me $99 to deliver. Now wish I would have went somewhere else. Said nothing they could do. No % off or waive delivery. Won't go there again. So if you want your furniture within 2 months go somewhere else. I may not get in 3 weeks who knows
Id stay clear of this overpriced store. Went in with fiance looking for a new mattress for my son. Salesman was a snotty ass rolled his eyes and said you cant buy a matress for someone unless they tryed it and left. Gave him the bennifit of the dout and returned a few weeks later to let son try them out. A different salesman asked us to keep shoes on show pad so i asked if my son could remove them. He said yes. And left. As we were trying them out we got approached by the orriginal ass and his manager telling us he cant be without shoes and how we had to keep them on because their floors might damage his feet. If there floors are that bad i wouldnt have let him walk without shoes but apparently they arent. Snotty asses strike again in shopping industry
