Absolute terrible service! I order 50 dollars worth of flowers for a birthday arrangement and flowers get there and they look like a funeral arrangement. So I call and tell them my thoughts and the manager gets shitty with me over the phone so I just ask them to come pick them up and want my money back! Then when they come and get them they have a person that works in the same building as the person I order flowers for come get them because she is a family member of a person that works there makes things very awkward!. I used to order from berry's all the time but they have completely gone downhill .... But NEVER AGAIN !
I ordered a bouquet over the phone for my mother and said I wanted to spend about $40. My mom called me and thought that I had spent close to $100. I will continue to go to Berry's because the value is unlike any other in the area.
