Called me 45 minutes after my appointment to say he'd be 'a little late'. Three hours later, I called him to get an ETA (keep in mind, I was supposed to be the first appointment of the day - and this was just to give me an estimate, no do any actual work), but he rescheduled. The day comes for the new appointment, and not only does he not call to say he's on his way as he promised, but he never showed up. This review is written 5 hours after he was supposed to have been here. Not only unprofessional, but ridiculous. I'll never be doing business with people this unreliable.
