This place has the worst doctors I've ever met. Today was the third time I have witnessed a Dr speak out of line to patient. Was told that there's no good excuse for missing an appointment. What happened to good bedside manner?? Carle lost 5 patients today because our family won't be going back.
My experience at Carle clinic has been fabulous!! I absolutely would not go anywhere else as long as Debbie O'brien continues with Carle!! Her bedside manner is by far the best and she doesn't give up until she gets to the root of a problem!!
