i have been a BONTON costumer for the last decade since i moved to the mid-west, i got this pair of sunglasses as a gift from a friend of mine, i loved the glasses but the arms were little short for my head. i took them to carson's in DANVILLE IL at village mall to return them. i talked to the lady in charge of accessory department, as soon as she saw the box she said " i can not take them back because we do not sell this brand here in the store" i explained to her that they were purchased online and im ok to take a store credit value to use it on something that fit but she refused even after she called one of the managers on duty. i was very disappointed and never want to go back there ever. i didn't like the way i was treated. not fair at all specially coming from what looked like as an experienced employee and one of the floor managers. this a copy of the return policy posted on the website :
