They have great products at very competitive prices. I can always find something to get.
Wonderful staff nice clean store everyone was busy rearranging or cleaning and the checkout lady was very nice also and I got some good bargains
Issues with any nationwide return policy where, with a receipt, but not the card it was purchased with, cannot receive cash back. I was asked by an out-of-town relative to return something for her. She had returned home so I did not have her card, the receipt- yes. I like Ross, but I rarely shop there. Having a receipt, and thinking there had been plenty of days for the original transaction to process, I don't feel customers should only get in-store credit. I felt the manager was very professional, and she handled me/my concerns well.
Wow I really like the prices and merchandize. You are always surprise when you go there to see what they have.
