I went into the shop because my car was cutting off while I was driving. They claimed to look into it and discovered the issue. I commute from work, which is 40 minutes away. My car cut off again after they claimed to fix it. I went back in the next day, and then they said there was another issue showing up. I spent $195 just for you to tell me that all along there was another issue wrong with my car then recommended that I take it to a Buick dealer to fix. No sympathy showed for making mf spend all of that money and my car is still shutting off. Never again would I go to them and I recommend that no one take their car to them!
Terrible my husband took my tire there and AJ said they couldn't repair it. He took it Watsons the fixed it no problem. Don't waste your time taking your vehicle there.
They were advertising an oil change for 19.99. I stopped by on Saturday morning at 9:15, and they said to come back, as I had an appointment at ten, and they couldnt promise it could be finished. He said they were open til 2, and that if I could come back by 1;15, they could get me done. I was there at 12:45. All lights were off, door locked...no one at all there. I can understand if there was an emergency, so they had to close...but no note in the door or anything. I called three times between 1 and 2..no answer. I was upset, as the gentleman must have realized i would be back. i only have Saturday mornings in which to get this type of thing done. I feel this is a bad business practice.
All my experiences with this shop have been great. Thanks to everyone in the shop!
