It was ok, just got delayed . We did get the van. I just didn't like it because it didn't have a cruise control. Other than that it was ok.
The staff was extremely kind, courteous and friendly. The checkout was quick and smooth and the return was even better. I would highly recommend this location for anyone that wants to rent a car.
