Not a happy experience with the service department. I brought my vehicle in for recalls and when I arrrived to pick up my vehicle the top part of my dash was broken in 3 places. I spoke with the service manager which refused to fix it. I then spoke to & showed another manager in sales my issue. He was to give the GM my name and number to call me as soon as he got in. Well, it has been a week now and still have not heard back from anyone. All I asked was for them to atleast get me the part. I will have my own technician install it. After that experience I really dont feel comfortable having their service department touching any of my vehcile ever again.
This place is seriously a joke and if they can't even handle customers the correct way I'm 100% positive they won't treat your vehicles right either. DON'T get service from here, would rate a 0 if I could!!!
They have prompt and courteous service.
bought a used car here.. everyone was nice and helpful. took sometime to find the best finance options but left happy, Matt the salesman was great help.so was everyone..
I then got 2 more recall notices so I called once and spoke with someone about setting up the appointment was told he would call me right back, never called back. I then called the following 2 days and no one even answered the phone. Call the next week spoke with the same person as the previous week again and he told me my VIN # was not pulling up the right vehicle, I double and triple checked it IS the right vehicle for that VIN # and he said he would call me right back, still no call.
Worst customer service ever! For the first recall appointment they registered my vehicle as a 2012 Dodge Dodge (not even a car) and I have a Jeep so not even the right make. They were incredibly rude and very short about everything at the appointment. It also took almost 4 hours to complete a 30 min job (but I do expect that when going to a shop, so this didn't concern me as much).
