This place sucks the man is very unprofessional u can't say ull have something done by a certain date and it does be in the warehouse when that day comes thissucks I been waiting almost two weeks for my phone and he didn't give me my refund never shop with him he's a rip-off
If there were zero stars, this place would get it. Brought my phone to them in April for a new screen and they used the new screen as the cutting board, leaving exacto cut marks on it. The S Pen and front camera haven't worked since. The owner offered me a discount on for another replacement screen. I argued until he decided to replace it for free. He claims he got a new screen in and then was robbed. Then another screen came in and he couldn't make time to replace it for weeks. Finally drive here AGAIN from over 90 miles away to be told his best gun broke last night. Did he call to reschedule? No. This guy is a joke. Do NOT bring anything here for screen replacement. Maybe at my Dec 5th appointment it'll finally be fully functional again... 8 months later.
Can't say enough good things about this place. Went for the first time yesterday and was amazed with the selection as well as the prices. Definitely going to come again when I get the chance!
I will NEVER go back to this place. Would love to give it a -0. There was cockroach powder (boric acid) everywhere which is deadly to humans. The staff clearly wasn't interested in making a sale. The guy outright refused to see if they had Magic the gathering cards that my daughter wanted. Xbox 360 games are overpriced. Can get them from Vintage Villans way cheaper. Buidling is falling apart and there is no plans for improvement
