If you love your bike and riding with a realiably tuned SAFE bike,.then a call ahead to this shop to ask juuuuust how much experience the "on hand" mechanic has ,.. would be a great idea. Especially if you have a nice high end machine and want it tuned properly for fun AND safety.
When the new owner allowed Keith to leave, he got rid of my not inconsiderable business. I restore antique bikes but without Keith's helpful attitude, skill, and experience, I have no use for this shop. It's a pity. This place used to be a local gem. But when you run a brick and mortar business, service is what sets you apart. The new owner is also really unprofessional. I've been in once since he took over. Never again.
